As I am sitting in my robe, drinking my coffee, I’m thinking to myself; how many people I wish I could hug right now.  In lieu of the pandemic, we are all facing, I see fear and hysteria; but I also see a tremendous amount of compassion and love resurfacing!  2 months ago people kept asking where manners went, and how people could be “so wrong”. Now I’m seeing everyone coming together! People around the US are making masks for healthcare workers from their own homes, some PERSONALLY DELIVERED MASKS from one's own inventory to an elderly man in need.  (J.B.)

We are living in a very trying time, and yet it is bringing families together.  Initially, yes, by forced circumstances, but we are making the best out of it! Playing together! Making forts together! Live karaoke sessions! Decorating front doors to give passerbys something to smile about! Facebook Is giving updates on the covid-19 stats (which can be overwhelming), but people are also doing their best to share uplifting positive posts to one another (finally).

People are being forced to stay home, meanwhile, families are being mended, there’s less cars on the road to emit pollution, neighbors are being neighborly, people are actually washing their hands(LOL!), and actual essential employees are being thanked for doing their jobs.  I think Mother Nature was tired of our shit, took matters into her own hands, and is preparing us for a second chance to do things right again!

Lots of love

~Kel
